What CherryPick is
CherryPick is an independent tool that helps delivery drivers evaluate offers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DoorDash, Uber, Grubhub or any other delivery platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Platform rules are your responsibility
Delivery platforms set their own contractor agreements, and you are responsible for following them. CherryPick only reads the offer shown on your screen and displays information about it; it never taps anything for you and never signs in to a platform. Every accept or decline is your own decision. We cannot and do not guarantee that a platform will not restrict or deactivate your account.
No earnings promise
Scores, estimates and projections are informational. Estimated miles, hourly rates and verdicts are calculated from what the platform displays plus assumptions you configure. They may be wrong. Your earnings are your own responsibility.
Subscriptions and payments
CherryPick is free to use. Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"), available monthly ($7.99) or yearly ($59.99), plus any applicable tax.
Purchases. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You start a purchase from the app; checkout opens in your browser on a secure page provided by our billing partners (RevenueCat and Paddle).
Free trial. New users may receive a free trial of paid features inside the app. No payment details are required for the trial, and it ends automatically.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you in advance if the price changes.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time directly in the app (Pro benefits › Cancel subscription), without signing in anywhere, or with the link in your Paddle receipt email. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Until then you can undo the cancellation in the app.
New phone or reinstall. Your subscription is linked to a random ID the app creates, not to an account. If it does not come back with your Android backup, use "Restore purchase" in the app with the email address you paid with, or contact us.

Acceptable use
Do not redistribute modified builds, resell access, or use the app to harass anyone. Shared Fun Orders cards must keep customer information masked.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost earnings, account penalties, or any indirect damages arising from use of the app.
