CherryPick is built for drivers who are, rightly, careful. The list below is the important one.

Questions drivers actually ask
▸Will this get me deactivated?
The default mode only reads what is already on your screen and draws a small card. It never signs in to a platform and never taps a button for you. That is the lowest-risk way a tool like this can work.
▸Does it hurt my acceptance rate?
CherryPick does not decline anything for you in the default mode — you decide. We are also building an acceptance-rate budget so you can see how many more you can turn down before losing Gold or Platinum.
▸Which apps does it support?
DoorDash, tested on real offers: regular, add-on, catering, stacked and shop-for-items orders. Uber Eats support is built from real driver screenshots and is being checked on real devices. With Pro, CherryPick also reminds you which apps you are online in, Grubhub included. More as we calibrate them.
▸Is there an iPhone version?
No, and there cannot be. iOS does not let any app read or draw over another app. This only works on Android.
▸Does it need internet?
Not for scoring: every offer is read and scored on your phone, even with no signal. The app only goes online to check whether your Pro subscription is active (it sends a random ID, nothing else) and when you restore a purchase.
▸Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Your rules, history and store marks live on your phone. If you subscribe, the email you pay with is all you need to get Pro back on a new phone.
▸How does the free trial work?
The first time CherryPick reads an offer after you go online, you get 7 days of everything in Pro. No card, no sign-up. When it ends you are back on Free: nothing is deleted, and your 3 most recently marked stores stay active.
▸How do I pay, cancel or get a refund?
You subscribe from the app. Checkout opens in your browser on a secure page from our billing partners and is processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Cancel any time right in the app and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Your first subscription payment is fully refundable within 14 days — see the Refund Policy at the bottom of this page.
▸How do I cancel my subscription?
In the app, open Pro benefits → Cancel subscription and confirm. No sign-in, no website. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Changed your mind? Tap Resume subscription before that date. Uninstalled the app? Use the cancel link in your Paddle receipt email.
▸I switched phones or reinstalled. How do I get Pro back?
If Android backup is on, Pro, your settings and store marks come back by themselves (order history is never backed up). If not, open Settings › Restore purchase in the app, enter the email you paid with, and type the 6-digit code we email you. You can also export your store list from the blacklist screen and import it on the new phone.
